Key Duties
  • Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address project needs.
  • Proactively identify project-related challenges and swiftly devise effective solutions.
  • Foster an environment of open communication and teamwork, serving as a bridge between internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in the development and management of project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Maintain a strong client focus, cultivating positive relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Demonstrate a go-getter attitude by taking initiative, sharing innovative ideas, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organize, attend, and actively participate in internal and external meetings.
  • Document and follow up on critical actions and decisions made during meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for effective communication in meetings.
  • Assess the impact of project changes and update change order requests accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of project strategies, conducting research and analysis as needed.
  • Create and manage project management tasks and calendars, guiding each goal and objective to fulfilment.
