Born in Peterborough Ontario in 1956, Swish has grown to become a Canadian leader in green cleaning products, innovative technology, and customer service for complex cleaning assignments, institutions and facilities. Swish needed a brand identity that could scale across Canada to help them meet the demands of their company’s rapid growth, without losing its unique history and family feel.

Using insights gained through extensive engagement with Swish’s leadership, staff and customers, we created a new brand narrative that leveraged Swish’s 60-year history and improved alignment of business goals, culture, and communication and marketing activities for this Canadian heritage brand.  

Armed with audit findings and refreshed brand strategy, we refreshed Swish’s visual identity and developed a comprehensive system that would improve strategic alignment, increase differentiation, and ensure ease of use and consistent application in communications, marketing and packaging for the Swish family of cleaning supplies.
